CUSTOMER PRODUCT SUPPORT

We provide support assistance for our products through our XYZ Gear Ware Support program, which provides comprehensive support, e-mail and phone assistance, and product enhancements. To speed the process, gather this information about your support issue:
  • Company and Main contact name
  • Which version of the product are you using?
  • Configuration of your hardware and software (graphics card, version of the operating system, etc.)
  • What are you trying to do? And what seems to be the problem?
  • What steps are needed for us to duplicate your problem?

Product enhancements and upgrades
We release product enhancements on a regular basis. If you have a support contract with us, you will receive advance notice of the enhancement.

Major product upgrades are made periodically. You will receive prior notice of the release.
